SOPHIE FERNANDES
This was my first time being an anchor on ODYSSEY's ODTV. This was also the first episode of season 3. Even though I was given the script 15 minutes before we began filming, I memorized my lines to the best of my ability, and did an adequate job delivering them. I also enjoyed working with the ODTV directors on angles, lighting and other technical aspects of film.
This photo gallery and article (written by Ethan Crane) was published on March 27. During Kishi Bashi's performance at Barrow Elementary School, Ethan, Nicholas and I tweeted about the event while capturing the moments through our notes, interviews, videos and photos. The piece spread all over Facebook because we tagged Kishi Bashi in our posts (and he loved the pictures). The multimedia article brought attention to ODYSSEY's website and Facebook page and reached a broad audience – from parents of children at Barrow Elementary to Kishi Bashi fans all over the community.
